The right formula from a high number of material groups makes it possible to adapt product properties and densities exactly to the customer’s requirements. Thus, many years of experience with the right mixing ratio of isocyanate, polyol and additives are essential prerequisites.

Polyurethane: low tool costs for small and medium-sized series

Small and medium-sized series of polyurethane mainly benefit from the reasonable tool costs. In cooperation with certified partners we plan, develop and produce tools for almost any PUR product.

From the beginning we focus our work on the idea of our customer’s product. From the first visualisation through the production of models and prototype series to the serial production – UNNAPUR is the specialist for all stages of development and production.

Based on many years of experience and our vast know-how we manufacture mould-in elements (including insertion parts of different materials) or realise economical part variants.

With coating, adhesive labelling or elaborate handwork

All parts undergo an intensive post-processing on their way to the finished product. Here, our standards include filling, polishing, painting, multi-colour screen printing or pad printing (also on non-planar surfaces).

PUR parts are deburred manually and carefully put in returnable packaging, if required.

The purpose of our work

In quality control we continuously check individual parts and series for: Dimensional tolerance (3-D Scan), durability, surface quality, gloss level (gloss meter), coating adhesion (cross cutting), chemical resistance (trial liquids), lacquer coat thickness and other parameters at the request of the customer. Furthermore, UNNAPUR GmbH is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 in all business units. This reflects our high demand in quality, applying of international standards in the quality management system and having them continuously measured and evaluated according to certified standards.
